The Blue and White in Me is a documentary film that embodies the unprecedented nature of 2020 through
the lens of disabled filmmaker, Daniel Castro. This film is an attempt to rediscover his voice as the global covid-19 pandemic halted production on his call to action documentary that vowed to spark change for the disabled
community’s struggles and inequalities with airline travel.
Through the use of hidden, archival, stock and traditional footage along with an earnest narration, Daniel takes us
on an introspective journey to discover a new direction for the film. The Blue and White in Me is Written,
Directed, and Produced by the Daniel Castro.
